How to buy with a shopping agent

Weidian, Taobao and 1688 only ship inside China. A shopping agent buys the item for you, checks it in their warehouse and ships it to your door. Here is the whole process, step by step.

   Pick a product on FaleFinds

   Open the product and check the QC photos and the shop rating. Tap “Buy through Kakobuy” – the link opens the same product on your agent's site. You can switch the agent at the top of FaleFinds.

   Sign in at the agent

   Create an account on the agent's site (free). New accounts often get shipping coupons – check the welcome page before you pay anything.

   Choose size and color

   Pick the variant on the agent page. Sizes from Chinese sellers often run small: compare the size chart in the product photos with a piece you own. If the variant names are in Chinese, the agent page usually translates them.

   Add to cart and pay for the item

   You pay the item price plus the seller's domestic shipping inside China (often ¥0–15). International shipping is paid later, once everything is in the warehouse.

   Wait for the warehouse

   The seller ships to the agent's warehouse in China – usually 1–5 days. You can follow the status in your agent account under “My orders”.

   Check the QC photos

   The warehouse takes QC photos of your item. Compare them with the QC photos on FaleFinds and the seller's pictures: logo, stitching, colors, size tag. Not happy? Most agents let you return or exchange it to the seller for a small fee.

   Create a parcel and ship

   When your items are in the warehouse, put them in one parcel, pick a shipping line (cheaper lines take longer) and pay the shipping. You get a tracking number for the whole trip.
